When will my order ship?
Our goal is to ship your garments within 2 business days of receiving your order. Transit times will vary based on destination. Orders shipped by ground typically take between 3-7 business days to arrive.
What does it cost to ship my order?
Orders destined for addresses in Canada and the US Mainland are shipped by FedEx ground, free of charge. Overnight and 2-day services are available for a fee. These services can be added at the checkout.
I know you will ship to me free of charge. Will I get free shipping as well for a return?
To return an item, please complete the correct return form at the top of this page and ship your order back to us at the address provided.
If the return is due to an error of ours, we will provide you with a pre-paid FedEx return label.
Where do you ship?
At present, we offer free ground shipping within Canada and the US Mainland. Freight charges can be calculated at the checkout for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, USVI, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Samoa and all other international destinations.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
No, FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. A valid street address is required for your shipment.
Can I ship to an address other than my own?
Yes. Please enter the alternate address in the ship-to section at checkout.
By which carrier will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped by FedEx. Once your order has been shipped, you can track it using the tracking number provided.
What if I am not happy with my selection? Can I return the purchase?
If you are not completely satisfied with your SwingControl.com purchase, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days of receipt. Garments must be in new condition – unwashed, unworn and with their original tags attached.

What is the return shipping address?
Can I change my order once it’s placed?
Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please contact our Customer Service Team at 844-71-SWING (79464) so we can try to make the change before the order goes out.
How do I check orders and track shipments online?
If you have an account with SwingControl.com, please login and go the View History under My Account. You will be able to access all of your past orders and tracking information from there.
If you do not have a SwingControl.com account, please click here and enter your order number and email address where prompted.
What do I do if my item arrives damaged?

Can I see a record of my transaction with SwingControl.com?
How does the 20% off coupon work?
First time shoppers on SwingControl.com will receive a 20% off discount code on full price items by entering coupon code FIRST20 at the checkout. This code is single-use and cannot be applied to sale items.
How do I know what size to order?
There is a size guide on each product page. If you are between sizes, we suggest you go down a size.

Do I have to register to purchase on SwingControl.com?
No, you do not need to create an account to shop. By doing so, you can store credit card information for easier checkout, maintain an address book of ship-to locations, review order history and edit billing/shipping information.
How do you store credit card numbers?
SwingControl.com allows registered users to store a credit card number securely in their account for easy shopping and checkout. All cards stored on SwingControl.com are encrypted for user protection so that no one – including our Customer Service and Information Technology Teams – can access your credit card information.
Once you make a purchase from our site, the credit card you use at checkout can be stored for you in your User Profile. Only you will be able to delete or update your credit card information.
