When will my order ship?

Pending order verification and credit approval, orders placed will be processed within 1-5 business days. Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not considered business days.

Delivery schedules are estimated. Actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping locations. When estimating package delivery time, please allow time for credit approval, address verification and order processing.

At this time we are shipping to the U.S. and Canada only. We have negotiated great shipping rates for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, and Samoa.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please always submit a valid street address for your shipment.

Can I ship to an address other than my own?

Yes, you can ship to another address besides your own. When you register with, you will have the option to create your own address list. This feature allows you to store the names and addresses of people to whom you would like to send the gift of Swing Control! It’s easy to add, change or delete information from your address list at any time. Please note: The information that you store in your address list is for your use only. will not contact anyone listed unless we have a specific question about a delivery.

By which carrier will my order be shipped?

We use UPS as the carrier to ship your order as quickly and efficiently as possible using your selected delivery method and location. Deliveries will be made during the carrier’s normal business hours. Once your order has shipped, you can track your order’s location using the information provided by UPS.

Orders sent by 2-Business Day or 3-Day Select shipping methods are delivered Monday through Friday from 8 A.M. through 4:30 P.M.

Orders placed with Saturday delivery will arrive Saturday if placed between 3:01 PM ET Thursday and 3:00 PM ET Friday. If an order is placed outside of these hours, it will be shipped via the Next Day delivery option. We do not recommend choosing Saturday delivery if you are placing your order outside of these hours.

What if I change my mind and want a different size or color after my order is placed?

What if I am not happy with my selection? Can I return the purchase?

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your recent order, we will gladly accept returns of items that are in new condition, with original tags attached. A return form can be downloaded here, RETURN FORM, or from the link at the top of this page. Unfortunately we cannot accept exchanges, however we are more than happy to process the original item as a return and place a new order separately for a replacement item. If the return is due to an error or fault on our part, there will be no charge for the return shipping.

To be accepted as a return, items must be in new condition and not washed, worn or altered. Returns will be credited for the original amount that was paid for the merchandise. The credit should appear on your next credit card statement. Merchandise that is older than 30 days from the original ship date will not be accepted.

How do I check orders and track shipments online?
